With the objective of providing complete sterilisation solutions, MICROTROL now offers, Gamma Radiation Processing services from their state-of-the-art facility at Bengalooru (erstwhile Bangalore) in addition to EtO sterilisation services. 

The Batch irradiator commissioned by MICROTROL bears special focus on customer needs and convenience and is radically different from the conventional continuous process plants, currently in operation, elsewhere in the country. 

MICROTROL's irradiator offers flexibility and is primarily aimed to process healthcare sector products, neutraceuticals, ayurvedic & herbal products, spices & condiments, pharmaceutical raw material, other agro produce, etc, for which, the stipulated radiation dose is in the wide range of 2 to 35 kGy. 

The facility is designed to house a maximum of 1 million curies of Co-60 source and the capacity is adequate to provide prompt and efficient service to customers.
